Whether you’re celebrating life’s milestones or navigating tough times, she’s here to provide the support and guidance you need. A highlight of the last year was being there for her customers during the Portage Tornado of May, 2024. Kristin was able to be on-scene at a policyholders home the following morning as the family was trying to navigate next steps to getting back on their feet in a very high stress situation. Being there for our customers - that's what matters most to us!

The #callkristin team is an incredible group of women who know what its like to balance it all! Our goal is to always be real with you, and make sure we're having real conversations to get you the most realistic coverages possible!

When Kristin's not busy helping you protect what matters most, you can find her cheering on her kids at their school events or enjoying quality family time. One of her favorite things to do with her family is build Lego together, visit the local Lego shop, Bricks & Minifigs in Kalamazoo and go "up north" to Traverse City to her family's cabin for some quiet with her the people who mean the most to her.
